CAMBRIDGE JESUS LANE LOCAL MEETING -- BUSINESS MEETING

Regular (usually monthly) meeting of those who worship at Jesus Lane Meeting, to conduct the business of the Local Meeting. Held in the manner of a Quaker business meeting. All members and attenders of the Meeting are encouraged to participate.

MEETING LUNCH

Regular monthly bring-and-share lunch for all those who attend this Quaker meeting. Informal and friendly, and a good opportunity to get to know other Friends. Those attending are asked to bring a food contribution after consulting the co-ordinator named below.

EVENING QUAKER MEETING FOR WORSHIP

A forty-five minute Meeting for Worship is followed by refreshments and group discussion on a Quaker theme for those who would like to stay. The meeting is on the third Tuesday of each month. *** However, please note there will be no meeting in August. ***

WITNESS FOR PEACE

A regular public witness at which Quakers stand silently, holding posters which convey messages relating to the Quaker Peace Testimony and distributing information leaflets to passers-by. All are welcome to join us.

When? Saturday 2 October, 11.00 a.m.-12.00 midday
