Cambridge Quaker Outreach Week 22nd - 29th September 2007

Programme

All events take place at the Friends Meeting House, corner of Jesus Lane and Park Street, except the opening Silent Vigil for Peace, which will be held in the Market Square outside the Guildhall.

There will be a photographic exhibition of Quaker activities, also at Jesus Lane.

All are welcome to these events.

Saturday 22 September

11 am – 12 noon Silent Vigil for Peace plus information desk. Market Square

12.30 pm Open lunch (free)

2.15pm Panel – Why I am a Quaker, plus questions and discussion

3.15 pm Tea/coffee and cakes

3.45 pm Short Meeting for Worship

Wednesday 26 September

12.30 pm Open lunch (free)

1.15 – 2 pm Meeting for Worship

2 pm Tea/coffee and cakes

Saturday 29 September

12.30 pm Open lunch (free)

2.15 pm Al Gore’s film : An Inconvenient Truth, followed by discussion on climate change and how we might respond to it.

4.15 pm Tea/coffee and cakes
